JOHN W. LONGNAKER III is an attorney in Anderson, Indiana, where he has practiced for 25 years, now limited to the areas of estate planning & administration, trusts, guardianships, elder law, Medicaid planning, real estate and business. He and his wife were born and raised in Anderson and Pendleton, respectively, and have three children. His interests include: baseball, drumming, music, zoology, reading, sailing, and fishing.
He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, an accredited law specialty in Indiana.
He has appeared on local radio stations WHBU and WMDH and Channel 8 News as an expert on Elder Law issues. Ellyn got her start working as a paralegal in litigation about 20 years ago. She now focuses her work in probate, estates, trust administrations, business law, and guardianships, and is also cross-trained in Medicaid applications and estate planning. Ellyn is originally from the Selma-Muncie area, but now lives with her husband and family in Madison County.
