JOHN W. LONGNAKER III is an attorney in Anderson, Indiana, where he has practiced for 25 years, now limited to the areas of estate planning & administration, trusts, guardianships, elder law, Medicaid planning, real estate and business. He and his wife were born and raised in Anderson and Pendleton, respectively, and have three children. His interests include: baseball, drumming, music, zoology, reading, sailing, and fishing.

He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, an accredited law specialty in Indiana.

He strives to always listen and to provide advice in an understandable, caring way, with diligence.

Kim Smith

Kim focuses on the Medicaid applications and estate planning. She has worked at Longnaker Law Office for over 12 years. A transplant from Kentucky, she and her husband, and family live in Madison County.




Ellyn Morgan

Ellyn got her start working as a paralegal in litigation about 20 years ago. She now focuses her work in probate, estates, trust administrations, business law, and guardianships, and is also cross-trained in Medicaid applications and estate planning. Ellyn is originally from the Selma-Muncie area, but now lives with her husband and family in Madison County.
